Xanthe van Opstal was born in 1992 in a small town in the south of Holland, where she began her training at the Vooropleiding Dans in Venlo. In 2010 she was accepted to the Rotterdam Dance Academy, from which she graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
In 2013 Xanthe began her professional career with Netherlands Dance Theater 2. From 2016-2018 she danced with Batsheva Ensemble in Israel, where she was certified as a Gaga teacher. She is currently based in the Netherlands, where she works as a freelance dancer and Gaga teacher.
