Bosmat Nossan was born in 1984 and is a dancer, choreographer, and Gaga teacher. A graduate of the Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts and the Bat-Dor Dance School, she was the recipient of scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation in 2004 and 2006 and the Ramco prize for promising artists in 2005. In 2011 she was awarded a Danceweb scholarship through the Ministry of Culture to attend Impulstanz in Vienna.
Bosmat performed with the Inbal Pinto and Avshalom Pollak Dance Company and Batsheva Dance Company. She teaches workshops and stages Ohad Naharin’s choreography on companies internationally. Bosmat is currently an independent creator and collaborates with various artists in Israel and abroad. Her recent works explore movement along with emotion and imagery as a mechanical expression.
